Terms and Conditions
1. Our Services
soldkr provides a platform for individuals to sell their used mobile phones.
Customers can use our website to receive an estimated value for their device using our AI-based valuation model.
Once the customer accepts the initial price, they schedule a pickup and provide relevant details, including address, contact information, and government-issued ID proof.
Upon physical inspection of the device, a final offer is made.
2. User Obligations
By engaging with our platform, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful and complete details about your device, including its condition, model, and functionality.
- Legal Ownership: Certify that you are the legal owner of the device and have the right to sell it without any encumbrances.
- Data Removal: Erase all personal data from the device before handing it over.
- ID Verification: Present a valid, government-issued ID proof during the transaction.
3. Valuation Process
The initial valuation provided on our platform is non-binding and based on the details submitted by you.
After physical inspection of the device, we may revise the quote based on its actual condition.
If discrepancies (e.g., damage, missing parts, or incorrect information) are found, we reserve the right to revise or cancel the offer.
4. Final Offer and Payment
Payment will be processed only after the customer agrees to the final offer made during the physical inspection.
Payments are issued via bank account and UPI ID and are non-refundable once the transaction is completed
5. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel the transaction any time before the final inspection is completed.
Soldkr-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
7. Device Ownership
Once the transaction is completed:
- Ownership of the device transfers to soldkr or its authorized partners.
- The device cannot be returned to you under any circumstances.
8. Restricted Devices
We do not accept:
- Devices that are reported stolen, counterfeit, or locked.
- Devices distributed through government or NGO-sponsored programs.
